Dr. Oluwole Oluleye, Ph.D (Member)

Dr. Oluwole Oluleye has held different leadership positions in the Nigerian oil and gas sector. He was the pioneer Executive Secretary of Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (2003-2009)-the federal government agency responsible for monitoring and regulating the supply, distribution, and prices of petroleum products in Nigeria. He then served as the Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF), a parastatal under the Ministry of Petroleum Resources established for the purpose of development, promotion and implementation of petroleum technology and manpower development through research and training. Dr. Oluleye was also the Secretary of the Presidential Projects Assessment Committee in 2010.

 

Dr. Oluleye is a Fellow, International Labour Organization and Fellow, German Centre for International Development. He holds his masters and doctoral degrees from Auburn University, United States.
