Global South Series 

 

The Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy is proud to introduce its Global South Series. The Series aims to foster a dedicated space for scholarly articles and contributions that provide inclusive discourse on legal, business, and policy issues which are relevant for sustainable development in the Global South.

 

This is the first series dedicated to Global South issues, which shall focus on Sustainable Development of Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law, even though it is open to publish correlated themes and other topical issues in the GlobalSouth.  The series's mission is to promote and spread knowledge concerning energy, natural resources, and environmental law and specialist knowledge derived from national and international research in which sustainable development is a vital concept. The Series editors, in cooperation with the advisory board, have extensive academic and practical experience in the field of energy, natural resources, and environmental law across the Global South. 

 

Authors aiming to publish in this Series shall follow the submission guidelines of the JSDLP.​
